Re:Active T5 Black is a supplement that claims to burn fat rapidly, suppress your appetite, increase your metabolism and boost your energy. It’s said to even start working 20 minutes after you’ve taken it and encourages the body to stay in “fat burning mode” hours afterwards.
The main stockist of this product is DesirableBody. It’s unclear if it’s also the manufacturer.
On DesirableBody’s website, it promotes Re:Active T5 Black as the answer to shifting the fat around the areas that exercise and dieting don’t seem to be able to shift.
Re:Active T5 Black contains Caffeine, Tyrosine, Naringin, L-Tryptophan, Vitamin B6 and Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose. However, it’s not clear which one of these ingredients is responsible for doing what. Some people might find it useful to know. It’s not uncommon for promoters of diet supplements to detail what each ingredient does, especially as a way of supporting their claims. In general, there doesn’t seem to be a lot on the site about the product. The full details given are just as short as the summary.
However, does the product work?
The real crux of it all is whether Re:Active T5 Black actually works. Have people tried it alongside exercising/dieting and lost weight? Have they experienced the product’s benefits?
There are a total of 12 reviews on the site. It’s received a 4-star rating so far. 75% said they’d recommend the product to a friend. Most felt it took effect quickly and boosted their energy. Khaleel thought the product was superb and really worked for her. Gembo lost 8lbs in two weeks. Sam hadn’t lost anything but had noticed a difference in appetite. The pounds melted away for Sazzy. Em experienced nothing. Mumsy gained weight. Ashley experienced an energy boost. Anny1 lost 7lbs.
There don’t seem to be any customer reviews of Re:Active T5 Black on other sites (as far as I can see). Perhaps it’s a relatively new product on the market.
Some of the reviewers mentioned feeling spaced out when they first took it. Max mentioned he knew a couple of people who felt slightly “jittery/unwell” after taking it. He attributed it to the caffeine. For that reason, Ashley advised that the product shouldn’t be taken with alcohol. Anny1 found the caffeine to be slightly overwhelming when she initially took it, even though she was a coffee drinker, but the effects wore off by the fourth day.
Another reported side effect was insomnia.
So if you’re sensitive to caffeine…
…then it really is best to avoid this product. Even if you’re not particularly sensitive, use it with caution.
If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding and you’re considering taking Re:Active T5 Black, please talk to your doctor first.

Going by 75% of the 12 reviews on DesirableBody’s site, the product was effective. Some said they’d lost weight, felt more energised and experienced suppressed appetites like the product claimed they would. Some also said its effects kicked in quickly.
These reviews are on the site of a main stockist. There seems to be little in the way of other customer reviews elsewhere. It also feels as if there really isn’t a lot of information about the product itself.
Make of that what you will.
